📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening job applicants.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure a smooth hiring process.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.,Participate in employee onboarding processes.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
