📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the store meets its financial and operational goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the store and attract new customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.,Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
