📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct KYC, AML, and CDD checks for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Monitor client transactions and activities to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive client compliance files, including documentation and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance-related tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving compliance regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on compliance-related matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in KYC, AML, or CDD roles, preferably in a financial services or compliance context.
• Strong knowledge of international compliance regulations, including FATF, OFAC, and local Indonesian regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with compliance management software, such as SAP GRC Access, is a plus.
