You will attend events, workshops, and trade shows to represent SHADE Botanicals and build relationships with customers and partners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Represent SHADE Botanicals at events, workshops, and trade shows to promote our products and engage with customers.
• Provide detailed information about the benefits of our botanical teas to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and influencers.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Provide feedback on customer experiences and product quality to help improve our offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the wellness and beverage industry.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall success of the SHADE Botanicals brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wellness or beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively.
• Knowledge of the benefits of botanical teas and a passion for wellness.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations, including Bali.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
