PT Unggul Jaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of crew members, ensuring the smooth operation of our vessels, and providing excellent service to our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of crew members, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.,Plan and execute daily operations, including vessel maintenance, navigation, and safety procedures.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our passengers.,Monitor and maintain vessel equipment and systems, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Comply with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including fuel consumption, maintenance, and passenger counts.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other required certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with navigation software and vessel maintenance systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
