As a Cook / Senior Cook at Reins Marindo Indonesia, you’ll prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Your daily tasks will include meal planning, food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional food service to our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
• Assist in meal planning and inventory management.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver exceptional food service to guests.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in a five-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
• Proven experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
