📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and goals.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
