📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement MRP systems to optimize material requirements and production planning.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing systems.
• Implement and maintain SAP ERP and other relevant manufacturing software.
• Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on new systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and apply them to our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing systems engineering, with a focus on MRP systems.
• Proven expertise in SAP ERP, particularly in the manufacturing module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with production planning and control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
