📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our activities.,Lead and participate in operational projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar organization.,Strong background in operations management, including experience with process improvement, quality assurance, and project management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.,Commitment to our mission and values, with a passion for making a positive impact in our community.
