Cafe Intan Shop is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our café. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our café operations from anywhere in Dili, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal life.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the café industry and has a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage the staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and control inventory and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a strong relationship.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or café industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
