Manage and lead a team of store associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.Ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized, with all products displayed attractively and accurately.Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and professional manner.Train and develop store associates, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.Work closely with the regional and national teams to ensure that all store operations are aligned with company policies and procedures.Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.Participate in company initiatives and events, representing Erajaya in a positive and professional manner.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Proven experience as a Store Leader or similar leadership role in the retail industry.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Proficient in using retail management software and other relevant tools and technologies.Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales techniques.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.Ability to speak and write Indonesian fluently.🛠️ Keahlian
