📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Set and track sales goals and performance metrics using tools like Salesforce and Excel.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the beverage industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Tangerang region.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales management software, such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations within the Tangerang region.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
