📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
