Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental operations and efficiency.,Oversee the development and implementation of projects and initiatives to support the company's objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Represent the department in meetings with senior management and other stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to improve departmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.,Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.
