📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetum is preferred.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
