As an Events Intern, you’ll work closely with the Events Manager to support the planning and execution of various events, from corporate gatherings to cultural celebrations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including corporate gatherings, cultural celebrations, and social gatherings.
• Support the Events Manager in managing event budgets and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in creating event marketing materials and promotional content.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Provide administrative support to the events team, including managing event documentation and correspondence.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, providing updates on event progress and any issues that arise.
• Learn and apply best practices in event management, contributing to the continuous improvement of event processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Eventbrite, Trello, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about events and eager to learn and grow in the industry.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
