In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the management team and external stakeholders.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team to support business growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's budget and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.,Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior finance staff to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
