CV Putra Oryza is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, maintaining records, and coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all vehicles, adhering to company policies and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly to prevent downtime.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
