📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize human resources and legal operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Develop and implement HR and legal strategies that align with the company's business goals.
Manage employee relations, recruitment, and training programs.
Ensure that legal and compliance functions are up-to-date and effective.
Work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR and legal policies and procedures.
Use HR and legal software, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and DocuSign, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR and legal matters.
Monitor and report on HR and legal metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal roles, with a strong background in both fields.
Proven track record of success in managing HR and legal operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using HR and legal software, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and DocuSign.
Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
