📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and coordinating of operational activities.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Assist in the development and maintenance of operational budgets and forecasts.,Provide operational support to the management team.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
