📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning events.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and employee progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to travel for training and development purposes.
