• Prepare and bake a variety of viennoiserie items, including croissants, danishes, and other delicate pastries
• Ensure that all baked goods meet high standards of quality and presentation
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency in taste and texture
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the pastry industry
• Assist in the development and testing of new recipes
• Maintain and organize the kitchen inventory, including ingredients and equipment
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Proven expertise in baking viennoiserie items, including croissants, danishes, and other delicate pastries
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including bags of flour and other ingredients
