📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.,Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain and update production schedules and reports.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.,Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.,Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and meetings.
