PT Persada Garuda is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Medan, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that the store meets all sales targets and KPIs.,Manage the store team, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of products.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
