📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complaints,Training and mentoring junior sales staff,Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement,Promoting products and services through various marketing channels,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
