Shine Point Ekspansindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve our sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including stock management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customers.,Work with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure that the store is clean and tidy at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and write Indonesian fluently.
