📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure data protection.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT systems.
  • Manage and maintain our IT budget, including purchasing and maintaining hardware and software.
  • Train and mentor junior IT staff to ensure the continued growth and development of our IT team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and IT security best practices.
  • Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
