📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Conduct needs assessments to identify the training and development needs of employees.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
