As a Business Analyst (Quality Assurance Specialist), you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance system efficiency and user experience. Your daily tasks will include conducting UAT sessions, documenting test cases, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP implementations, ensuring all business requirements are met and system performance is optimal.
Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Document test cases, test plans, and test results using tools like TestRail or JIRA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting findings and suggesting improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP and QA methodologies.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Support the implementation of SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance, with a focus on SAP systems.
Certification in SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP HCM) is a plus.
Proficient in SAP tools such as SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, and SAP Solution Manager.
Experience with UAT processes and methodologies, including test case design and execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
