📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize human resources and legal operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Develop and implement HR and legal strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Manage employee relations, recruitment, and training programs.
• Ensure that legal and compliance functions are up-to-date and effective.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR and legal policies and procedures.
• Use HR and legal software, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and DocuSign, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR and legal matters.
• Monitor and report on HR and legal metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal roles, with a strong background in both fields.
• Proven track record of success in managing HR and legal operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using HR and legal software, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and DocuSign.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
